Having previously been in a Managerial role as a Council Officer within Social Care & Health I felt the need to change my career path. However I wanted to continue to work with people to improve their health & well-being, this led me to train in a wide range of Beauty & Holistic Therapies. It seemed like a natural path to follow a unique vision of Holistic Health & Beauty together using Quality Organic Products. Training as a Beauty & Holistic Therapist has changed my whole philosophy to life. I try every day to have a positive outlook to life.
Personally for me having a son with severe Aspergers syndrome has been a life long learning process on keeping him stable & preventing him from mental illness & anxiety . I have studied how internal & external influences affect the mind body and soul. I have found that combining a holistic approach & using the very best organic products can make a difference to our busy lives.
Karen Shakespeare IIHHT, MFHT, City and Guilds Level 3 Experienced Therapist I qualified as Beauty Therapist in 1999. I trained over a 2 year period at Salisbury College for Beauty & Massage gaining City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 qualifications . I then went on to gain further training at Sarum Private Beauty School to learn Enhanced Make up Skills & Body Electrical Treatments. Ensuring my clients get the very latest information & treatments I regularly participate in Beauty & Holistic refresher courses.
Having Previously worked in luxury Spa Settings & Salons, I now run my own treatment room covering a wide range of Holistic & Beauty treatments.
