At a minimum receiving massage once a month is a good start. However, once every two weeks is better. In some cases, receiving massage once a week or more may be indicated, especially in the case of clients who have had recent physical trauma.  

To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.
